Cosmic Reserve Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Cosmic Reserve, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or was shipped to the gift giver first, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
